Board of Directors Meeting

May 13, 2020

The meeting, held at via video conference, was called to order at 7:05 p.m.

Board Members present: Craig Downie, Tim Schick, Lee Thompson, Cate Fulkerson and Petra Raymond.

Minutes

m/Cate s/Lee The minutes of the April 15, 2020 meeting were approved.

Financial reports

m/Tim s/Cate The Board approved the financial reports for April.

Petra reported the tree work between 1206 and 1210 had been completed.

The board reviewed the list of units due of paining this year and agreed a reminder would be sent to homeowners.

The board discussed concerns regarding property upkeep. It was agreed that Cate and Lee would conduct a neighborhood walk through to identify any potential problems. Issues related to common property would be reported to the board. Issues on private property would be discussed privately with homeowners. It was agreed that homeowners would be provided advance notice of the walkthrough.

Cate reported she was continuing her review of the Cluster bylaws.

Landscaping

Petra reported that on discussions with the Cluster’s arborist on Landscape Master Plan work remaining. There are 4 major areas where work has not been completed.

m/Cate s/Tim the Board approved “Area 7” – an area at the entrance to the large traffic island would be the top priority for work.

The next meeting was set for June 25 at 7 pm
