Board of Directors Meeting

March 11, 2020

The meeting, held at via video conference, was called to order at 7:03 p.m.

Board Members present: Craig Downie, Tim Schick, Lee Thompson, Cate Fulkerson and Petra Raymond.

Minutes

m/Petra s/Tim The minutes of the January 15, 2020 meeting were approved. Cate, who was not at the January meeting abstained.

Financial reports

Petra reviewed the financial reports. The Cluster ended 2019 with a surplus of $3,007.70.

m/ Tim s/ Cate The Board allocated the 2019 surplus to the Grounds and Trees line of the 2020 budget.

m/ Tim s/ Cate The board approved the financial report.

Landscaping

Petra reported that Arborist Chip Johnson has reviewed master plans projects 2 and 3 (by 1219 and 2016), and 7 and 8 (the large traffic island on top of the hill) and is preparing recommendations on the work that is needed.

m/ Tim s/ Petra The Board authorized the expenditure of up to $2,000 for tree work between 2006 and 2010, in coordination with homeowners on simultaneous work on their private property. Lee and Petra said they were available to work with the homeowners.

Trash Contractor

The Board discussed the trash removal contract and the failure of the waste hauler to pick up trash the previous Thursday.

Next Meeting

The Board set the next meeting for April 15 at pm at Tim’s house (1223)

The meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
