was called to order at 7:00 p.m.
Board Members present: Craig Downie, Tim Schick, Lee Thompson and Petra
Raymond.
Resident present: Jill Johnson (1206)
Tree
Removal request
Johnson
outlined ideas that she and a neighbor have for removing and thinning trees
between their property. The Board said a
walk-around of the area in question with the cluster’s arborist and the
residents would be scheduled.
Minutes
m/Lee s/Petra The minutes of the August 14 meeting
were approved.
Financial
reports
Petra reviewed the financial report and
highlighted areas where costs are likely to increase within the next year. She
reported work has begun on a budget for 2020.
m/ Tim s/Lee The
Board approved the Financial report.
Contracts
Petra discussed a proposed contract for
landscape with the current contractor. The potential cost is greater than what
was anticipated. The Board agreed to
discuss the price with the contractor and, if necessary, solicit comparable
bids from other contractors.
The current contractor proposed no

Board decided to wait on making a decision because this contract can be linked
with the landscape contract.

the expenditure of up to $2,700 to remove a diseased tree behind 1264-68 that
endangers the properties.
