Board of Directors Meeting
June 6, 2018
The meeting, held at Tim Schick’s (1223),
was called to order at 7:30 p.m.
Board Members present: Craig Downie, Tim Schick, Petra Raymond and
Brad Wilson.
Residents present: Judy Holmes, Judith
Strother.
Minutes
m/ Craig s/Petra The minutes of the May
2, 2018 Board meeting was approved.
Financial
reports
m/ Craig s/Brad the financial report for
May was approved.
Petra reported that the cost of trash
removal would be increasing by $21.84 per month.
Drainage
project
Petra reported that work on areas 2 and
3 (behind 1240 and 1216) have been completed and that area 1 (behind 1243) is
pending, with a reduction in the cost from $5,136 to $5,000.
Landscaping
The Board agreed to follow up with the
landscaping contractors for more details on a possible switch to organic
materials.
Judy reported concerns with weeds and
grubs in the lawns. Craig agreed to contact the landscape contractor.
The next meeting was set for July 11 at
Tim’s house (1223)
The meeting adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
