Board of Directors Meeting
May 2, 2018
The meeting, held at Tim Schick’s (1223),
was called to order at 7:30 p.m.
Board Members present: Craig Downie, Tim Schick, Petra Raymond and
Brad Wilson.
Minutes
m/ Tim s/Craig The minutes of the April
4, 2018 Board meeting was approved.
Financial
reports
m/ Tim s/Craig the financial report for April
was approved.
Landscaping
The Board agreed to continue discussion
and get more information on the use of organic materials from the cluster’s
landscaping contractor.
The Board agreed that residents abutting
areas involved in drainage and erosion work would be contacted to determine if
they wished to connect downspouts to the draining system.
m/Craig s/ Brad The Board approved
paying for the portion of downspout connection running though common property
at a cost of $20 per foot.
m/ Petra s/ Tim The board approved a
$5,147 contract with Drainage and
Erosion Solution for erosion mitigation work behind 1243, provided a
satisfactory explanation of the warranty is obtained.
The board discussed relocation of bushes
that are currently next to 1219.
2017
Surplus
Petra reported there was a surplus of
$8,204.49 in the 2017 budget year.
m/ Tim s/ Craig The Board approved
allocating $260 to the Tax and Audit budget line, $2,000 to the Landscaping
budget line, and $5,944.59 to the Grounds & Trees budget line.
The next meeting was set for June 6 at
Tim’s house (1223)
