Board of Directors Meeting

September 20, 2017

The meeting held at Tim Schick’s (1223) was called to order at 7:30 p.m.

Board Members present: Craig Downie, Tim Schick, Lee Thompson and Petra Raymond.

Minutes

m/ Tim s/ Craig The Minutes of the August 23 meeting were approved.

Board Resignation

The Board noted the resignation of Bob Dilger who has sold his house and is moving to West Virginia.

Financial Reports

m/Tim s/ Lee The financial report for August was approved.

Curb Painting

Lee reported that curb the old paint had been removed from the curb and that the contractor would be applying stain later in the week.

Landscaping

Lee reported that he is continuing to work to get an exposed utility cable behind 1210 buried.

The Board agreed that it would seek input from the Reston Association regarding a tree behind 1250.

The Board discussed the need for over seeding of bare patches in the common areas.

Annual meeting

The Board agreed by consensus to hold the annual Cluster Meeting Wednesday Nov. 11 at the Buzz Aldrin Elementary School beginning at 7:30 pm.

The next meeting was scheduled for 7:30 pm October 11 at Tim’s house (1223).

The meeting adjourned at 8:21 p.m.
