Board of Directors Special Meeting

June 25, 2017

The meeting held at Craig Downie’s (1200) was called to order at 7:30 p.m.

Board Members present: Craig Downie, Tim Schick, Bob Dilger, Lee Thompson and Petra Raymond.

Tree Trimming near 1240

The Board agreed to review the property map and measure the location of a recently trimmed tree to determine whether the cluster or the homeowner was responsible for paying for the work.

Tree behind 1204

m/ Tim s/Lee The Board agreed to pay $800 to remove a tree on common property, next to the property line that is damaging a patio. Cluster representatives will consult with representatives of the Reston Association and have an arborist confirm the damage caused by the tree. In addition, neighboring property owners will be advised of the situation. The homeowner will be asked about the contractor plans for the patio to coordinate the taking down of the tree.

Curb Staining

The Board has been informed that Pro-Pave is unable to complete the curb paint removal and staining. The Board agreed to ask Pro-Pave to drop its request for additional payments related to the recently completed street paving in exchange for releasing them from the curb work.
