Board of Directors Meeting

September 16, 2015

Board Members Present:   Craig Downie, Mickey Alford-Lane, and Alice Tripp

Board Members Absent:  Tim Schick and Matt Roland

The meeting, held at Alice Tripp’s (1239) was called to order at 8:00 p.m.

Secretary’s Report:  Craig moved the Board accept the minutes of the August 26^th meeting as written.  Seconded by Mickey.  Passed.

Treasurer’s Report:  Year to date expenses were discussed.

Social Committee:  Nothing at this time

Landscaping:  The concrete has been cleaned up

Old Business:

Drainage issue – A representative from the County has walked  the area  in question and indicated that a French drain might make things worse.  Another alternative would be a catch basin. Board wanted to invite DES to come back out and take another look.

New Business:   A brief discussion of ways to upgrade documentation for 2016 and upcoming budgeting for 2016 will be on the next agenda.
