Special Board of Directors Meeting

June 23, 2015

The meeting, held at Mickey Alford-Lane’s (1229) came to order at 7:35p.m.

Board Members present:  Craig Dowie, Tim Schick, Mickey  Alford-Lane and Alice Tripp.

Board Member Absent:  Matt Roland

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the various proposals submitted to the Board for attempting to correct the water flow in the common area near 1233.  Although no conclusion was reached, Drainage & Erosion Solutions seems to be the frontrunner.  Board asked Mickey to see if Chris could come out to speak with us on Saturday, the 27^th.

Board did not reach a definitive decision and will wait for a response from Drainage & Errosion.
