Debris on common property-Due to an error in communication, clay soil and debris from a patio replacement project had been placed in the water runoff and at the edge of the woods along Woodbrook Lane. Genesis has looked at this and indicated it should not have been done. They provided a two-part proposal for the clean-up. One would restore the swale and the other involves raking excess dirt, tapering into the woods , mulchng and tapering into the woods. Reimbursement has been made to the Clluster for the swale restoration. Board agreed to contact the home owner to determine if he would prefer to do the work himself or pay to have Genesis do it.
