Board of Directors Meeting

May 20, 2015

The Board meeting, held at Mickey Alford-Lane’s (1229) was called to order at 8:05p.m.

Board members present:  Craig Downie, Tim Schick, Alice Tripp and Mickey Alford-Lane

Board member absent:  Matt Roland

Guests:  Ellice Stern, Joe Abboud

Secretary’s Report:  Tim moved the minutes of the April 22, 2015 meeting be approved as corrected.  Seconded by Craig.  Motion passed.

Treasurer’s Report:  Budget vs. actual to date spending was presented.

Social Committee Report:  None at this time.

Landscaping: After much discussion, Tim moved that, if the 8-10’ Cryptomaria trees were healthy, they be purchased and planted by Doff Borsody in the common areaa between the rows of townhouses.  Motion seconded by Craig.  Unaminous.

Old Business:

            Little Free library – Post hole needs to be dug so box can be installed

Groundwater- Board reviewed the estimates received forreparing the low area between 1233 and 1235, and will present questions to Mickey so she can then get all the answers at one time.

New Business:  None at this time.
