Board of Directors Meeting

April 22, 2015

The Board meeting, held at Alice Tripp’s (1239) was called to order at 8:05p.m.

Members Present:  Craig Downie, Matt Roland, Tim Schick, Mickey Alford-Lane and AliceTripp

Secretary’s Report:  Matt moved the minutes of the March 18^th meeting be approved as written.  Seconded by Craig.   Unanimous.

Treasurer’s Report:  Year to date spending vs budget figures was distributed.

Social Committee:  Matt will talk with Jason Goldberg about a possible community garage sale.

Landscaping:  We are still waiting for the remaining stumps to be ground and replacement trees planted.

Old Business: 

Groundwater –Three contractors have come out.  Mickey will put together information for the May meeting.

            Seeding and Mulch behind1264-1278 (backing to Wiehle) – No action was taken.

            Erosion – Matt will look into projects for 2016.

            Little Free Library – The book garage is almost ready for installation.

New Business: 

            Community clean-up – Will need to determine projects to be done.

Date and place for next meeting:  May 20^th, 8:00p.m. at Mickey’s (1229).
