Board of Directors Meeting

March 19, 2014

The meeting, held at Bob Dilger’s (1268) was called to order at 8:00 p.m.

Board members present:  Matt Roland, Jason Goldberg, Alice Tripp and Bob Dilger

Board member absent:  Scott Parkin

Secretary’s Report:  Matt moved that the minutes of the February 12, 2014 meeting be approved as written.  Seconded by Bob.  Unanimous.

Treasurer’s Report:  The Treasurer reported on Year-to-date sending

Social Committee Report:  Jason has action on a possible yard sale.

Landscape Committee Report:  No action following a discussion of a request concerning a possible tree removal.

Old Business:

            Street light by path to Woodbrook Lane- tabled for a later meeting

            Environmental – Board asked to cut down on paper usage

New Business:

            Garage doors- a vendor may have been found
