Board of Directors Meeting

February 12, 2014

The meeting, held at Alice Tripp’s (1239) was called to order at 8:00 p.m.

Board members present:  Bob Dilger, Scott Parkin, Jason Goldberg, and Alice Tripp.

Absent:  Matt Roland

Secretary’s Report:  Jason moved the minutes of the January 15, 2014 meeting be approved as written.  Seconded by Scott.  Unanimous.

Treasurer’s Report:  Reserve funds information was distributed.

Social Committee:  No report at this time.

Landscape Committee:  Genesis will come and inspect an area where a snow plow accidentally took out some turf.

Old Business: 

            Street light by path to Woodbrook Lane – Tabled until later in the spring.

            Environment – Nothing at this time.

New Business:  None.

Date and place for next meeting:  Wednesday, March 19^th, 8:00 p.m. at Bob Dilger’s (1268).
