Board of Directors Meeting

December 12, 2013

The meeting, held at Bob Dilger’s (1268) was called to order at 8:00 p.m.

Board members present:  Scott Parkin, Jason Goldberg, Alice Tripp and Bob Dilger.

Board member absent:  Matt Roland

Board agreed to keep the same positions as held in 2013 for 2014.

Secretary’s Report:  Jason moved to accept the minutes of the October 17^th meeting.  Motion seconded by Bob.  Passed unanimously.

Treasurer’s Report:  No changes to reserves or budget to date since the November annual meeting.

Social Committee Report:  The next cluster event will be in the spring.

Landscape Committee Report: A wasp nest was removed from a tree and the ice storm caused a small tree to be uprooted.

Old Business:

                Street light by path to Woodbrook Lane – no report at this time.

                Environmental – no report at this time

                Roof maintenance – the two remaining original roofs will be replaced in April.

                Entrance sign lights – Jason moved that the solar light by the entrance sign be moved to light the    steps by Woodbrook Lane.  Seconded by Scott.  Approved.

New Business:

                RA sidewalk replacement form – After discussion, Board agreed to sign the request.

Annual meeting commentary – Jason moved that Bob draft an e-mail based on commentary received at the meeting. Seconded by Scott.  Unanimous.

Date and place for next meeting:  January 15^th, 8:00 p.m. at Scott Parkin’s (1227).
