Board of Directors Meeting

October 17, 2013

Members Present:  Scott Parkin, Matt Roland, Alice Tripp and Bob Dilger

Absent:  Jason Goldberg

The meeting, held at Bob Dilger’s (1268) was called to order at 8:05p.m.

Secretary’s Report:  Bob moved to accept the minutes of the September 19th meeting.  Matt seconded.  Approved.

Treasurer’s Report:  Budget to date expenses and reserve accounts were distributed.

Social Committee Report:  The Octoberfest was well attended.  Thanks to all who came and to Jason for setting it up.

Landscape Committee Report:  Meadows Farms will replace, at no charge to the Cluster, the Holly trees that have died.

Old Business:

                Street light by path to Woodbrook Lane – no report at this time.

                Environmental discussion – no report at this time.

Roof maintenance – Bob has the action and will provide information to assist homeowners in securing bids.

Entrance sign lights- Bob moved that up to $100 be used to purchase a solar light for the entrance sign area.  Seconded by Matt.  Unanimous.  Scott has the action.

New Business:

Snow plowing contract- Bob moved we renew the contract presented by Genesis.   Seconded by Scott.  Approved.

Annual Meeting – Proposed dates are November 13th or 20th.  Matt has the action.
