Board of Directors Meeting

September 19, 2013

Board Members present:  Bob Dilger, Matt Roland and Alice Tripp

Absent:  Jason Goldberg and Scott Parkin

Guests:  Rafi Ahsan and Massie Zekri

The meeting was called to order at 8:35 p.m.

Secretary’s Report:  Bob moved, seconded by Matt to accept the minutes of the August 15th meeting.  Unanimous.

Treasurer’s Report:  The Board was updated on spending to date and reserves.

Social Committee Report:  The Board reviewed the Octoberfest flyer. Jason will follow-up.

Landscape Committee Report:  Bob will ask Ellice to take a look at some of the new hollies that are not in good condition and report back.

Old Business:

                Street light by path to Woodbrook Lane – no report at this time

                Environmental issues – no report at this time

                Roof maintenance – Bob has the action

                Entrance sign lights – no report at this time

New Business: 

Roof Repair – Bob moved, seconded by Matt, that the Board give the amount accrued in a unit’s roof reserve to new owners to help defray the cost of replacing the rear of the unit’s roof.    Unanimous.

Other – Bob moved, seconded by Matt, that the Board share with a homeowner the cost of sidewalk replacement damaged by a tree on common property.  Unaminous.
