Board of Directors Special Meeting

March 27, 2013

The meeting, held at Bob Dilger’s (1268) was called to order at 8:02p.m.

Board Members present:  Scott Parkin,  Matt Roland, Bob Dilger and Alice Tripp

After discussion, Jason moved the Board proceed with the removal of 15 pine trees off Wiehle Avenue as outlined in the 10-year plan and authorize the purchase of 16 Nellie Stevens Holly trees, 13 to be placed behind Wiehle Avenue and three to complete Area #6 work.  Motion seconded by Scott. Unanimous.

Trees will cost $240 each plus $17.50 for a bag of dirt and a bag of mulch.  Trees will be delivered and planted by Meadows Farms.
