Board of Directors Meeting

February 19, 2013

The meeting, held at Scott Parkin’s (1227) was called to order at 7:30 p.m.

Board Members Present:  Bob Dilger, Jason Goldberg, Alice Tripp and Scott Parkin.

Absent:  Matt Roland

Secretary’s Report:  Jason moved the minutes of the January 15^th meeting be accepted as written.  Seconded by Scott.  Uanimous.

Treasurer’s Report:  No formal report.

Social Committee Report: Three parties may be held this year.  The first, a spring picnic, is tentatively scheduled for April 20^th from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. More information will follow. The others may be a summer adventure and the third a “back to school” in the early fall.

Landscape Committee: Nothing to report at this time.

Old Business:

Street light by path to Woodbrook Lane – Dominion Virginia Power stopped by and made a few suggestions for the Board to follow up on.

Environmental Discussion – No report but Jason has drafted a letter regarding recycling.

Roof Maintenance – No report at this time. 

New Business:  Board approved asking RA to approve the front/garage lights for use in the rear as well.   Alice will take the action.
