Board of Directors Meeting

December 18, 2012

The meeting, held at Bob Dilger’s (1268), was called to order at 7:57 p.m.

Board Members Present:  Scott Parkin, Matt Roland, Alice Tripp and Bob Dilger.

Board MemberAbsent:  Jason Goldberg

Secretary’s Report:  Matt moved, seconded by Scott, to accept the minutes of the October 16th, 2012 meeting.  Unanimous.

Treasurer’s Report:  Reports of the reserve funds to date and expenses vs.budget were distributed.  Bob moved that any unspent monies at the end of the year be moved into a maintenance/emergency fund for roofs.  Seconded by Scott.  Unanimous.

Social Committee Report:  Bob and Gloria welcomed the new tenants in 1240.

Landscape Committee Report:  Duff cleared some downed branches after Superstorm Sandy and the dead tree at 1213 has been taken down.  Bob moved the Board allot $254.00 towards the cost of materials to correct a drainage problem adjacent to 1227.  Matt seconded the motion.  Approved.

Old Business:

                Street light by path to Woodbrook Lane – no report at this time.

                Environmental discussion – no report at this time

                Roof maintenance-no report at this time

New Business:

                Dog Waste- a resident has asked we remind dog owners to clean up after their dogs.
