Annual Meeting

November 13, 2012

The 2012 Annual Meeting was held at Mama Lucia’s Restaurant in the North Point Village Center.

Board Member Present:  Bob Dilger (1268), Jason Goldberg (1274), Matt Roland (1257), Scott Parkin (1227), and Alice Tripp (1239).

Residents in Attendance:  Stern (1266), Zarrow/Pfeffer (1216), Fleming (1249), Zwicker (1246), Holmes (1276), Schick (1223).

The meeting was called to order at 7:35 p.m.

The minutes of the 2011 Annual Meeting were approved as written, the motion to accept made by Ellice Stern, seconded by July Holmes.

The Treasurer presented a review of 2012 expenses to date as well as reserves monies.

Bob Dilger noted the accomplishments made by the Board in 2012 and Jason Goldberg elaborated further on our environmental impact contributions and ways to improve.  Also he touched briefly on the social happenings of 2012.

Ellice Stern outlined what landscape projects have been undertaken and what might be done next year.

The Treasurer presented the proposed 2013 budget.  Tim Schick moved to accept the budget as prepared, with a second from Mary Erard Zwicker.  Approved unanimously.

Bob Dilger nominated Alice Tripp to a three year term on the Board.  Seconded by Mary.  Unanimous

The next meeting of the Board is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, December 18, 7:30 p.m. at Bob Dilger’s ((1268).

Meeting adjourned at 8: 30 p.m.
