Board of Directors Meeting

October 16, 2012

The meeting, held at Alice Tripp’s (1239) was called to order at 7:30 p.m.

Board Members present:  Robert Dilger, Jason Goldberg, Matt Roland and Alice Tripp

Absent:  Scott Parkin

Secretary’s Report:  Jason moved, seconded by Matt, to accept the report as written.  Unanimous.

Treasurer’s Rerport:  Year to date spending was discussed as well reserves.

Social Committee Report:  Community yard sale will be November 3 from 8 a.m. to noon.

Landscape Committee Report:  Jason moved that the Board split the cost for cutting down the dead tree and grinding the stump at 1213 with the homeowner.  Seconded by Matt. Unanimous.

Old Business:

Street light by path to Woodbrook Lane – No action

Environmental discussion – Jason has a supply of biodegradable leaf bags for sale at cost.  He can be reached at goldjay@hotmail.com.

             Roof maintenance- No action

New Business:

 Annual Meeting/Budget – Meeting will be November 13^th and will be held at Mama  Lucia’s beginning at 7:30p.m.   Preliminary budget figures were discussed.
