Board of Directors Meeting

January 5, 2011

Members present:  Judy Holmes, Lew Barr, Alice Tripp

Others:  Mary Erard

The meeting which was held at Alice Tripp’s house (1239) was called to order at 7:30p.m.

It was moved by Alice that the minutes of the board meeting of November 20, 2010, be approved as written.  Seconded by Lew.  Approved.

Election of Officers:   Alice nominated Judy as President, Lew as Vice-President, and Alice as Secretary/Treasurer.  Approved.

The President then appointed Mary Erard and Sumeet Chawla  to one-year positions on the board.  Both will assume Vice-President positions, with work assignments rotated as necessary.

The agenda for the January 20th regular meeting of the board will include landscape  and reserves issues and procedures.  That meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. at Mary Erard’s home, 1246.

Meeting adjourned at 8:30p.m.
