Minutes
February 18, 2010

Board members in attendance:  Alice Tripp, Bill Malyszka, Heidi Wilson, Kurt Lane and Judy Holmes
Homeowners in attendance:  Barry Postma, Brian McCann, Edie Fleming, Fred Souk, Jeanne Boylan and Sumeet Chawla
Call to order at 7:10 p.m.

The subject of the meeting was the upcoming Roof Reserve Referendum voting process and the ballot draft.

Kurt Lane distributed the paper ballot and the supplemental notes, then explained some of the details.  There were many questions and a lot of discussion.  Several excellent suggestions for the ballot and notes were adopted.

Kurt will distribute the ballot and notes via e-mail to 50 homeowners and will deliver printed copies to 2 other homeowners.  Everyone will be asked to return their signed ballots by March 15th.

The meeting adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
