Call to order at 7:39 p.m.

Treasurer’s Report
No report.

Landscaping
Ellice reported on the process of the RFP for a landscape consultant and the responses.  Three people were solicited; all were recommended by others who had used them.  One person declined, citing lack of relevant experience; the other two did walk-arounds with Ellice and one other member of the committee.  One of the consultants has worked with 25 other Reston clusters.
It was moved that the board hire Kate Davidson of Kate Davidson Landscape Architecture & Garden Design of Reston to develop a 10-year master plan for landscape design services for an amount not to exceed $2,400 and to authorize the treasurer to draw a deposit check for $600.  Moved by HW, 2nd by AT; motion carried 3-0.
