10-year plan update- Genesis will begin planting along the area between the Cluster and the single family homes off Woodbrook Lane.  This will be done in the next few days and Genesis will water for the first few weeks.

Debris on common property-Due to an error in communication, clay soil and debris from a patio replacement project had been placed in the water runoff and at the edge of the woods along Woodbrook Lane.  Genesis has looked at this and indicated it should not have been done.  They provided a two-part proposal for the clean-up.  One would restore the swale and the other involves raking excess dirt, tapering into the woods , mulchng and tapering into the woods.  Reimbursement has been made to the Clluster for the swale restoration.  Board agreed to contact the home owner to determine if he would prefer to do the work himself or pay to have Genesis do it.

Tree removal-Tim moved, seconded by Alice, to amend the motion from the last executive session to eliminate the workman’s compensation requirement, and approve the tree work as originally planned.  Motion passed with a two for and one against vote.

Watering-a proposal from Genesis for watering as may be necessary during dry periods. Board accepted as proposed.

Old Business:

Little FreeLibrary – Building is in place and will be painted when weather permits.

Groundwater-Board heard from the affected homeowner regarding the sinking driveway and,  after listening to the various methods proposed for a fix, took the matter under advisement.  A meeting will be scheduled in the coming days.

Curb paint-a proposal has been received from Tibbs paving for making some small repairs where paint has chipped off the curbing.  Board took no action and tabled until next spring any repairs or repainting.

Workman’ Compensation Insurance – Tabled for a future meeting due to the lateness of the hour.

Date and place for next meeting:  Tuesday, July 2st, 8:00 p.m. at Mickey Alford-Lane’s (1229).

Respectfully submitted,

Alice Tripp
