Annual Meeting

November 19, 2014

The meeting, held at Gregorio’s Trattoria in North Point Village Center, was called to order at 7:10 p.m.

Board Members Present:  Bob Dilger (1268), Jason Goldberg (1274), Matt Roland (1257), Tim Schick (1223), and Alice Tripp (1239).

Residents in Attendance:  Thompson(1264), Lane (1229), Zwicker (1246), Stern (1266), Fleming(1249), Downie (1200), Holmes/D’Acunto (1276), Souk (1211), Ahsan (1272), Raymond (1243), Parkin (1227), and Wilson(1225).

Bob Dilger gave an accounting of accomplishments for 2014 and outlined what might be done in 2015.

Jason Goldberg briefly reviewed social activities during the year.

Bob Dilger reviewed landscape projects undertaken in 2014 and noted that the next Board might want to tackle soil eroision in several areas as well as sidewalks that need attention.

The minutes of the 2013 meeting were approved as written, the motion to accept made by Tim Schick and seconded by serveral.

The Treasurer reviewed the reserve funding and expenses exptected through t he end of 2014.

Bob Dilger discussed the budget the Board set forth for 2015.  Following that presentation, Bob moved that any funds left over in this year’s budget be carried over into next year’s budget with the recommendation that priority be given to using the funds for snow removal and, and, secondarily, for soil erosion projects.  Motion seconded by Judy Holmes.  Approved with one opposed.

Bob Dilger then moved that the budget for calendar year 2015, as recommended by the Board of Directors, be approved.  Motion seconded by Ellice Stern and approved unanimously.

There being no new business, Board President Bob Dilger asked if there were any volunteers who would be willing to accpet three year terms for the next Board.  Craig Dowie and Mickey Alford-Lane volunteered. Thanks to Bob Dilger and Jason Goldberg for their service on the Board.
